Below is the list of Topics that will repeat through out the coming year starting January 2, 2019.  Your FASTTRAK Team members will lead and moderate the sessions and attendees can ask Questions that may be answered live or in text during the session.  When a Topic has been presented, it will be recorded for YouTube and  the READ MORE button link will be posted below for replay if you were unable to attend live.

  • TBD - System Setup - Company / CC Processing / Logos / Settings and More

    1. Global Settings – This will cover your Global Settings and how they affect various areas within the program to include: documents, pay, emails, invoicing etc. 2. Company set up – Basic Company info set up and options to include: CC processing, Contracts, Documents, email etc. 3. All other settings in the Menu option – This will cover items to include: User set up, User Permissions, Audit trails (change log and how to read it), List items and where they affect reservations and documents., Greet Messages, Attachments and how to use them, etc.
  • TBD - Setting up Vehicles and Vehicle Types

    This will include Mileage and maintenance logs, licensing, expiration dates for various items. This will also touch on pricing and setting up web services but not cover these items in detail.

    This will cover basic info for profiles as well as establishing driver pay.

    This will include: Default, Special plans, Geo Pricing, Point to Points etc. Will also cover Customer specific pricing during this section.

    This will include existing customers, New Customers, Group reservations as well as document and communication options as set up in Global Settings.
  • TBD - Dispatching and Grid Functions - hidden features and functions of the Grids

    Basic dispatching and grid features will be covered in this section. Tp include emails and driver and customer communication
  • TBD - Costing, Invoicing and Accounting

    Costing, employee pay and billing – Understanding the Costing, Billing and Pay processes and options available to the user. Payments, Deposits, A/R Agings, Statements & accounting interfaces
  • TBD - Reporting Capabilities

    This section will cover Reports and Stats section as well as payroll reports and financial documents available to the user. Will also include custom reports and how to save for future usage.
  • TBD - Open Forum Session

    The subject of these will be determined during the course of the previous sessions based upon questions and topics that have come up during the webinars and other forms of communication such as emails and support sessions.
