Management of personal data

Our site, including our Client area Account and Billing system, collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our services. We also obtain data from third parties (including other companies). For example, we supplement the data we collect by purchasing demographic data from other companies. FASTTRAK DriverApp Data Collection
The FASTTRAK Driver App collects GPS location information as part of normal App operation. This data is collected, transmitted, and stored securely within the FASTTRAK platform for up to 6 months. Use and availability of location data is provided to operators as part of real-time location functionality when using FASTTRAK Real-time dashboards. This data is solely used in support of real-time trip management and trip auditing. This location information “may” be shared with trip passengers, bookers and other relevant trip participants as expected to fulfil obligations set forth by the operator.
Specific location uses include:
- Dispatch tracking and real-time display of Driver location, i.e. Dispatch Dashboard
- Passenger tracking and real-time display of Driver location, i.e. Passenger Trip Link
- Booker tracking and real-time display of Driver location, i.e. Customer/Corporate Dashboard
- Past location information in support of customer billing trip audits
Note: Location data is only transmitted and stored when the driver enables “On Duty” operation within the app and once the job is complete and your status is set to “Off Duty” no further location tracking is gathered to ensure your your drivers personal privacy.
How we use your information
